How Does it Work?
Once an area of interest has been identified, an initial meeting will explore how the consultancy might develop. Such a meeting, typically two to three hours, will incur no charge. If it seems during this meeting that a specific area of advice can be offered, key aspects will be set out for agreement:
- a fully defined scope of the service
- timescale
- fee basis – this could be lump sum or time charge, or other basis to be agreed
